Jack, Do you have a script that you generally like to work through when an owner calls in response to a mailing? Are there standard must-have pieces of info that need to come from that call? I assume that the Property Call SW can guide a call answerer through the conversation, but what if we're just answering our cell outside the office or home? Do you have a helper script that you can post or at least describe? Hopefully I haven't just missed that somewhere with your other postings and links.
sorry for the late reply. That script is uploaded to the March members only page under Week 3. It is the last document in the list of files and documents for week 3.
Hi Bryce It can be a challenge trying to take the calls on the fly while on the road on just out of the office!! I still need to go through the "call software", so I'm not sure if your answer is in there... I work better from a list!......sooooo.....I'm putting together a "mini-call sheet" and having it printed on 3x4 post it note pads... they fit real nice in my pocket....and I can always have them with me while on the road. Just take a pad and stick it in your pocket with your $$ It's always with you, and...I can capture all their most important info You'd be surprised how much info you can fit onto a post it note. If all your questions don't fit on the front....put them on the back! You can have a self inking stamp made from Staples with all your additional questions... and stamp them on the back your self, it only takes seconds. I've done this before for taking foreclosure lead calls, and it works well for me!! I hope this helps. Just my thoughts, Pete
