    Hello,

Great course so far--thank you, Jack! I have a question about a website my sister told me about. It's http://www.landlight.com. Has anyone heard of it? It looks like the data is available just for Washington, Utah, and Colorado (which is ok for me as I'm in Washington). It's a subscription-based website, so I can't navigate very far to get information on what it entails without subscribing. It looks like it has tax roll reports, parcel comparisons, and more. Just trying to get a feel for places to do research.

    Thanks!
    Becky

I have never seen it before but it Seems like this could be a good page.
There is an option for a Free TRial Account if you click on their "Subscription link"

You can also try www.datatree.com and www.Dataquick.com

And of course first check the County webpage for the county you are dealing in. if they have a great webpage with all kinds of resources you might not have to pay anything for that.

    Hi Jack

Have you seen www.taxlien.com, I did do the trial but it does not give the assesed value. Is the county still the best bet for the deliquent information or do you know other sites that have the tax deliquent information. I know this is a short cut but just wanted to see if there is a website that has all this information.

Never heard of them. just looked at the page and it seems they are an investment firm investing in Tax Liens and Tax Deeds for other people.

Yes, the county is THE source for Tax Delinquent information.

However if you are looking for the Tax Lien Lists and list of properties coming up for TAX deed Sale, you can also go to http://www.taxsalelists.com/
they have a lot of the Tax Lien lists (not the list of ALL property Tax Delinquent but only the list of properties coming up for TAx Lien Sale) available for sale.

but often these lists do NOt contain the owners mailing addresses, so although a good resources, you still might have to do some manual work to get the owners addresses.
